ABOUT

Sam Hancock is a Brisbane game developer.

Born in Bundaberg, Sam grew up playing Warhammer and trading card games. He moved to Brisbane in 2010 to study film, later switching to creative writing.

In 2016, Sam realised that his true passion is games. His first full prototype was for Dig Dig Dig, a strategic dice game. In 2019 he started developing Hometown Shuffle, which will now be his debut game.

Sam is a solo developer and produces all aspects of his games, including the design, art and storytelling—with help and support from his partner, family and friends.
